I am helping Gravitee.io build a complete SaaS Platform, from designing, building and implementing Cloud Native solutions, with Security, Monitoring and self-service at its core. Enabling faster delivery of software, whilst maintaining security and best practices.

I worked at IHS Markit as a Principal Infrastructure Developer, IHS Markit specializes in information and data gathering and transformation, helpings hundreds of businesses around the world make critical decisions and help their business goals.

I am helped IHS Markit transform and transition to the new era of Software Delivery by enabling DevOps and Automation across projects within IHS Markit, enabling teams to deliver faster, safer and more consistently by following the best-practise in DevOps and Automation.

I worked at Naimuri Ltd as a Solutions Architect and DevSecOps Engineer, Naimuri specializes in developing secure applications and cloud infrastructure, both in Private and Public Cloud.

I enabled DevSecOps across teams within Naimuri and ensure that the teams deliver real-world solutions which follow the best-practice in Solution Architecture and DevSecOps.

I worked on key projects and load-balance with my colleagues on new or existing projects, at Naimuri, we flow from team to team as and when needed.

RoboShadow Ltd is a sister company of 3Gi Technology, I transitioned into the DevOps role as there was a need for someone to set-up, configure and run a production grade environment in the Cloud. I was responsible to migrating the existing environment from an On-Premise solution to the AWS Cloud.

Once in the Cloud, I was responsible for maintaining and configuring CI/CD pipelines and to optimize the Development and Production environment.

Achievements

I was able to migrate a 24/7 running Production environment smoothly from On-Premise to the Cloud without any major outages or issues and then optimize the environment to reduce overhead and maintenance.

I started at 3Gi as an apprentice but within 7 months, I was offered to become a full-time team member. I was responsible for working as 2nd and 3rd Line Engineer but quickly took on additional responsibilities such as designing, planning and deploying production systems into Public Cloud.

My job also involved in me wearing multiple hats, from being part of the Operations team to being part of the Architect team, I assisted my fellow team members to ensure we delivered the highest standard of work to our customers.

Achievements

I was part of a team that was able to migrate a client from a legacy On-Premise hardware to the Cloud within 6 months, the timescale was so constrained due to the contract with the Data Centre ending soon, therefore we had a hard deadline to work towards and we managed to deliver the project 2 weeks prior the deadline.
